Do you have a barn or know
someone who does? Ask if you can
visit and play around a little while.
As you and your child play in the
barn, talk about how Jesus told a
story about a man who built bigger
barns to hold all of his extra food,
instead of sharing the food with
people who needed it. Ask your
child what he thinks God wants us
to do when we have a lot. Does He
want us to share or build bigger
barns? Sharing when we have a lot is
one way to love like Jesus.
